Whats up Everyone

Sorry I’ve been away from my blog for a while. I’ve been doing real well, training 6 days a week and getting stronger. I’m making a great amount of improvement by the day. I’m running full speed with no pain, I’m jumping much better ( I’m dunking again which feels real good). I’m working with a basketball skills coach and we are working hard on getting my timing back. I should have a video or pictures up pretty soon while I’m working out. Make sure you keep checking my blog for it.
